Warranty & Service Policy

Warranty & Service Policy

Foreman provides a manufacturer’s warranty intended to support professional use, long-term serviceability, and reasonable ownership expectations for Foreman equipment.

1. Warranty Structure

All warranties operate on a Return-to-Base (RTB) basis.

Assessment, diagnosis, and repair are carried out at the Foreman UK workshop.

2. Warranty Authorisation

Warranty returns require prior approval.

A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued before any machine or component is returned.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

3. Transport

Customers are responsible for transport to and from Foreman.

If a valid warranty fault is confirmed following assessment, reasonable transport costs are limited to standard mainland UK courier rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty Coverage

This may include:

  • Chassis and frame assemblies

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
