TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The guidance below covers the most common operating issues and basic checks. If the problem cannot be identified, or the equipment appears unsafe to operate, discontinue use and contact Foreman Technical Support.
1. Engine will not start

Check the fuel level, engine switch, fuel tap and engine oil level. Correct any issue found and try restarting the machine.

2. Low pressure

Check the water supply, inlet filter and spray nozzle. Clean or replace components as required.

3. Pressure surging

Check for restricted water flow, air entering the suction hose or a blocked inlet filter. Restore full water flow and purge air from the system.

4. Excessive vibration or abnormal noise

Stop the machine. Check for loose fixings, an unstable surface or visible damage. Do not continue operating if the cause cannot be identified.

5. Pump leaking water

Check hose connections, couplings and O-rings. Tighten or replace damaged parts. If water is leaking from the pump body, remove the machine from service.

6. Chemical injector not drawing detergent

Confirm a low-pressure nozzle is fitted. Check the chemical hose, filter and injector for blockages.

7. Engine or pump overheating

Stop the machine and allow it to cool. Check engine oil, water supply and airflow around the engine. Do not restart if overheating continues.
