FEATURES
-
The pump is driven through an Interpump Group RS500 reduction gearbox operating at approximately 1450 RPM. Lower pump operating speed reduces mechanical load, heat generation, and operating stress during prolonged cleaning work. This configuration is specified for professional applications involving sustained operating periods and extended duty cycles.
-
Powered by a commercial-grade Honda GX390 petrol engine with integrated Oil Alert protection system. The GX390 platform is widely specified across professional industrial and construction equipment where higher power output and sustained operation are required.
-
Fitted with an Interpump Group 59 Series triplex plunger pump configured for professional pressure cleaning applications. The triplex pump design uses serviceable internal components and separate ceramic plungers to support consistent pressure delivery and long-term maintenanceability.
-
Return-to-tank bypass configuration helps reduce heat build-up during trigger-off operation by recirculating bypass water back to the supply tank rather than through the pump manifold.
-
Low-pressure downstream chemical injector enabling detergent application through the outlet circuit. The injector operates on the low-pressure side of the pump system, reducing chemical exposure within the high-pressure pump manifold.
-
Integrated priming valve fitted to the pump manifold assisting pump priming when operating from suction-fed water supplies. The system supports improved water supply stabilisation during initial startup and reduces priming difficulty when drawing from static water sources such as tanks or bowsers.
-
Heavy-duty powder-coated trolley chassis fitted with 13-inch transport wheels for movement across uneven professional working environments. The larger wheel configuration improves manoeuvrability during transport across rough ground, agricultural yards, and commercial site conditions.

Each machine is assembled, calibrated, and pressure-tested in the United Kingdom prior to dispatch. Final inspection includes operating verification, pressure confirmation, and general assembly checks before shipment.
